How can I avail Warranty?

1.At Mivi, we stand by all our products and our wall chargers also come packed with an Industry best, 1 Year Hassle-Free Replacement Warranty.

In case any issues with our wall charger, please reachout to us through the contact information provided on our warranty card. It includes our Phone/WhatsApp number, Email address and Facebook details. Alternatively, you can even drop in an Amazon message.

Please provide us with your purchase order ID. We will check if the product is still within the stipulated warranty period. If it is under warranty, we will arrange for a courier pick up from the provided address.

Once the product is received, our back-end team will test it to check and verify for any defects and will ship out a new charger immediately.
