Is Mivi lightning cable Apple MFi certified?

Yes, all Mivi Lightning cables are Apple MFi certified. Each cable has genuine Apple certified verification IC.

Inside each Mivi lightning connector is a tiny authentication chip that tells your device it’s Apple MFi Certified. This is very important because non-certified, or knock-off lightning cables can damage your device. (You may have noticed a warning message on your phone when a non-MFi certified cable is used.) These cables can often times get extremely hot, cause damage to your phone and even render it completely fried and useless. Mivi certified lightning connectors used in our cables are all sourced directly from Apple.
